Services for UO Cards
The UO ID Card Services Office will be closed December 23rd thru January 1st. During that time, responses may be limited or unavailable. The office will reopen on January 2nd. At that time, services will resume. However, responses may be delayed while we catch up from the holiday closure period. We apologize for any inconvenient this may cause. Thank you.

University Departments may request cards to provide generic prox access for discretionary use.
UO Department Coordinators may request a new design for name badges for their employees or volunteers.
University Staff, Faculty, and Students use this service to request a restricted, communal Duck Bucks card for printing use only.
Local Community members use this service to request a UO Community Card.
