Help for Faculty & Staff

The Help for Faculty & Staff page provides quick links for common topics, including self-help and how to submit a help ticket. Tickets submitted via these services will automatically route to your Unit IT Department if you are supported by User Support Services or if your Unit IT department is using the UO Service Portal. 

For direct support from your IT group, please find your department on this page Department & Unit IT Support, or the User Support Services information page. 

If your unit is not included in the Department & Unit IT Support page or you are just unsure and need assistance, please submit a ticket here or contact the Technology Service Desk.
