Service Description

The University is moving to one consolidated email system, UOmail. However, during the transition period, there are three systems:  Webmail, Exchange, & UOmail.  Each system has unique features and availability.

Click on the Request Help button for assistance with email and or other features of Webmail, Exchange or UOmail.

Available To

Email is available to individuals currently affiliated with the UO.


Users must have a DuckID account and be currently affiliated with the UO.

Accessing the Service

Each email system is accessed via specific addresses and clients.

You can find out which email system you are using by going to Duck ID Self-Service, selecting "Manage Your Duck ID," and logging in. Information about your email will be listed at the bottom of the grey box.

Anyone who claims their DuckID account after July 16th will use UOmail.  This includes all new faculty, staff, and students.
