Use this service to request help with with your email or calendar. You can request help with the following and you can still submit a ticket if your issue isn't listed:
- Switching from Webmail to UOmail
- Configuring an email program (e.g. Outlook)
- Calendar issues or assistance
- Using or managing email
- Not receiving email and/or email is missing from inbox
- Updating my password in my email program
- Other request (include details)

How to Create a Ticket
To request support for click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.
- Short, 2-3 word title for your request.
- What you need help with
- How are you accessing email (email program or a web browser)
- What browser or email program you are using.
- Detailed description of your issue/request.

You can expect a response within 6 business hours.
You can find out which email system you are using by going to Duck ID Self-Service, selecting "Manage Your Duck ID," and logging in. Information about your email will be listed at the bottom of the grey box.
