How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide a description of your request.
Availability and Access
UO Employees whose departments use Micros POS.
The Micros POS is available whenever a venue is scheduled to be open.
The maintenance window is from 12AM to 5AM. Users will be notified should the need arise to perform maintenance work outside of this time frame.
