Wi-Fi Networking Support  Use this service to get help with UO Secure on phones, computers, etc.

Wired Networking Support  Use this service to request assistance with wired networking (also known as Ethernet).

Teams & Cisco Phone support  Request support for Microsoft Teams calling, telephones, voicemail, etc. for employees.

Cellular Phone Support  Use this service to request Cellular Telephone support for devices provided by Housing IT.

Caterease Support  Use this service to request Caterease support.

Eatec Support  Use this service to request support for Eatec.

Micros Point of Sales Support  Request support for the Micros POS software and hardware platform operations.

 

 Access Controls Services

Building Access Support  Use this service to request add/removing door access, or report an issue with a door card-reader.

KeyWatcher Support  Use this service to request access to certain KeyWatcher keys, or report an issue with keys or a keybox.

Video/Door Log Request  This Service is available to Housing Administrators making request for information.

 

 Facilities Specific Services

Compass Support  Use this service to request support for Compass (HVAC, environmental control) in the Residence Halls.

Additional Information

Housing IT Services (ResNet) provides technology support to residents living in University Housing at the University of Oregon. This includes all residence halls, Graduate Village, Agate Apartments, and Spencer View Apartments. Residential students at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology (OIMB) and at UO-Portland should contact the Technology Service Desk.
 
Housing IT Services also supports University Housing and its employees’ information technology needs, which includes Dining Services, Conference & Catering, Facilities, Residence Life, and Business Affairs.
