Housing Printer, Label Makers, & Scanner Support

This service allows you to request access to Housing IT printers, reporting issues for non-UO print printers, and requesting a new device.

What Housing IT does not
  • Guarantee that your request for a brand-new device will be fulfilled.
  • We do not support training for the devices or their included software.
  • Physically servicing UO Print printers, including maintenance and supplies.

Requirements

  • For a printer access request, please have a manager submit the request, and include the DuckID (first part of their UO email) of the user needing access.
  • Please provide the location of the device that is having the issue.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 2 business days.

This service is available for all Housing employees, including student workers. For requests (including access to a printer), please have a manager submit the ticket.
