This service allows you to request access to Housing IT printers, reporting issues for non-UO print printers, and requesting a new device.
ATTENTION: If the printer/copier has a white & green tag with a UO print number (UO/UOP-1234). Housing IT does not support the physical maintenance, or servicing of these devices. Please submit a request here:

What Housing IT does not |
- Guarantee that your request for a brand-new device will be fulfilled.
- We do not support training for the devices or their included software.
- Physically servicing UO Print printers, including maintenance and supplies.

Requirements
- For a printer access request, please have a manager submit the request, and include the DuckID (first part of their UO email) of the user needing access.
- Please provide the location of the device that is having the issue.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 2 business days.
This service is available for all Housing employees, including student workers. For requests (including access to a printer), please have a manager submit the ticket.
