Requirements
- Please have the asset tag of the Housing IT device if you are submitting an issue.
- Please provide an Index-activity code if you’re requesting new equipment that may require purchasing.
- Please indicate what software you'd like added to your work device.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 2 business days.
