  • Support purchasing of new android devices
  • Personal mobile device issues that do not pertain to work

Requirements

  • Please have the asset tag of the Housing IT device if you are submitting an issue.
  • Please provide an Index-activity code if you’re requesting new equipment that may require purchasing.
  • Please indicate what software you'd like added to your work device.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 2 business days.

This service is for all user of Housing IT mobile devices.
