For Housing managers to request an on/off-boarding of Housing IT systems, including giving/removing access to buildings, keys, software, and issuing/returning a computer; allowing one ticket to be submitted for a user to be fully on-boarded, or off-boarded.

Requirements

  • Information about the user
  • Start date of user.
  • Index-activity code for telecom requests
  • Requestor needs to be a Housing manager.
