Housing IT supports Computers and Devices owned by University Housing. You may request a computer or device; or report an issue that you are having with the device issued to you.

What Housing IT does not
  • Guarantee that you will receive the exact device you requested.
  • We do not support the purchasing of wireless peripherals that do not use Bluetooth.

Requirements

  • Please have the asset tag of the Housing IT device if you are submitting an issue.
  • Please provide an Index-activity code if you’re requesting new equipment that may require purchasing.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 2 business days.

This service is for all user of Housing IT devices.
