Local Community members use this service to request a UO Community Card.

Note: The UO ID Card Services Office will be closed December 23rd thru January 1st. During that time, responses may be limited or unavailable. The office will reopen on January 2nd. At that time, services will resume. However, responses may be delayed while we catch up from the holiday closure period. We apologize for any inconvenient this may cause. Thank you.
How to Request a Card
To request support click Request a Card (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:
- Full legal name
- Preferred first name
- Are you formally affiliated with the University (e.g. faculty/staff/student)?
- If not, provide your contact information
- Attach two images files (any format other than HEIC)
- Selfie photo
- Picture of government photo-issued ID
- If applicable, indicate if you are UO Alumni
- If applicable, indicate if you are the partner/spouse/child of a UO Faculty/Staff member or Student.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within one to two business days.
Non-UO and all UO
Community Cards are available to those who do not have a Student, Staff, or Faculty UO ID card. The Community Card is required for alumni; partners of students, faculty, and staff; and community members who purchase a membership through the Student Recreation Center. Community Cards are also required for anyone without a current UO ID card to register for term passes and workshops at the Craft Center and/or the Outdoor Program. Community Cards also provide access to UO Library services as well as a Duck Bucks account which can be used for copying, printing, and food service wherever Duck Bucks are accepted.
