Local Community members use this service to request a UO Community Card.

How to Request a Card

To request support click Request a Card (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:

1. Full legal name
2. Preferred first name
3. Are you formally affiliated with the University (e.g. faculty/staff/student)?
   1. If not, provide your contact information
4. Attach two images files (any format other than HEIC)
   1. Selfie photo
   2. Picture of government photo-issued ID
5. If applicable, indicate if you are UO Alumni
6. If applicable, indicate if you are the partner/spouse/child of a UO Faculty/Staff member or Student.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within one to two business days.

Non-UO and all UO

Community Cards are available to those who do not have a Student, Staff, or Faculty UO ID card. The Community Card is required for alumni; partners of students, faculty, and staff; and community members who purchase a membership through the Student Recreation Center. Community Cards are also required for anyone without a current UO ID card to register for term passes and workshops at the Craft Center and/or the Outdoor Program. Community Cards also provide access to UO Library services as well as a Duck Bucks account which can be used for copying, printing, and food service wherever Duck Bucks are accepted.
