How to Create a Ticket
To request site license software support for click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.
- What do you need help with?
- The software application you need help with.
- Description of your request.
- Are you an IT Technician?
Availability and Access
UO current affiliation.
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
