This service allows users to request personnel access or removal of personnel access to the following data centers: Allen Hall, Oregon Hall, and/or Computing Center.
This services is for public tenants not affiliated with the University of Oregon who have equipment in one of the data centers located on campus.
Campus IT Staff use this service to contact the data center operations team to coordinate and/or schedule work to be done in one of the data center facilities on campus.
Campus IT staff will use this service to request support from the Information Services data centers
