How to Create a Ticket

To report an email phishing message or inquire about the validity of an email message, please click the Create a Ticket button and provide the following information:

  1. Check the PhishTank to see if the message has been reported
  2. Short description of the ticket
  3. Email headers
  4. Email message
  5. Any other information or questions
