UO-affiliated and non-UO-affiliated customers use this service to request funds to be deposited directly to Duck Bucks accounts.

Note: The UO ID Card Services Office will be closed December 23rd thru January 1st. During that time, responses may be limited or unavailable. The office will reopen on January 2nd. At that time, services will resume. However, responses may be delayed while we catch up from the holiday closure period. We apologize for any inconvenient this may cause. Thank you.
How to Request a Deposit
To request support click Request Deposit (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
- Name and 95# of the people receiving the deposits
- Amount requested
- Department index to charge (if applicable)
If you will be paying by any method other than a department index, you will be contacted to make payment arrangements before any deposits are made.
Note: If you are requesting deposits to more than 10 accounts, please attach a spreadsheet.
Availability and Access
While generally these requests are charged to a department index, we also accept payment by check, cash, or Visa/Mastercard.
Most requests can be completed within 1-2 business days. The completion timeframe may vary depending on volume. After placing your request, we may reply with a tentative completion timeframe.
