Service Description

Zoom is a cloud-based service that allows for easy videoconferencing, online meetings, audio calls, and group messaging.

This service has no additional requirements.

Accessing the Service

Zoom can be accessed three different ways:

  1. by the web at https://uoregon.zoom.us/,
  2. by the desktop Zoom application, or
  3. by the mobile application.

To access Zoom via the Zoom application on your computer or mobile device, you will first need to download the Zoom application*. For instructions on how to download and install this application, visit our article about installing the Zoom application.

*Note: If your device is managed by your IT department, please contact your local IT support before installing Zoom.
