How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Request Help (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • Trouble logging in
  • Zoom Basics/Classroom Assistant Training
  • Help installing the Zoom application
  • Zoom Webinar
  • Other (provide details)
  • Description of your request

Availability and Access

Current UO faculty and staff as of March 17, 2020.

Current students as of March 23, 2020.

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.

When requesting or purchasing a Zoom Webinar license, please expect the following lead times to allow adequate time for consulting, purchasing, and configuration:

  • Webinar Reservation: 5 business days
  • Webinar Purchase: 7 business days
