Refreshing Your Zoom Account after a New License is Assigned

Question

How can I tell if my Zoom account is licensed?

Solution

  1. Visit the UO Zoom website 
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Click Profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom of page
  5. Click Sign Me Out From All Devices
  6. Visit the UO Zoom website again 
  7. Click Sign in
  8. Sign in with SSO Shibboleth sign in with your Duck ID
  9. Click Profile
  10. Check License Type
  11. You should now see Licensed
