How can I tell if my Zoom account is licensed?
Solution
- Visit the UO Zoom website
- Click Sign in
- Click Profile
- Scroll to the bottom of page
- Click Sign Me Out From All Devices
- Visit the UO Zoom website again
- Click Sign in
- Sign in with SSO Shibboleth sign in with your Duck ID
- Click Profile
- Check License Type
- You should now see Licensed
