Canvas Support Services

Instructors and Graduate Employees will use this service to get support with Canvas and Instructional Design, Some of the areas of support are: Canvas tools, setting up a Canvas course site, help with instructional design, ensuring course accessibility, and incorporating universal design for learning. You can still submit a request if the service you are looking for isn’t listed. If you would like In-Person Support please visit our new location in PLC Room 68 1415 Kincaid St, Eugene, Oregon 97403. We are open from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Request Canvas Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information. For most requests you will need to provide:

  • Short, 2-3 word title for your request.
  • Whether you are a student, instructor, or administrator
  • Platform/device you are working on
  • What browser you are using
  • Course subject code
  • CRN of the course
  • Term of the course
  • Year of the course
