On the window that pops up there are links to the following help items:

  • Search the Canvas Guides — the Canvas Guides are fully searchable guides that are provided by Instructure, Inc. (note that some features covered in the guides are licensed by UO or may function differently in the UO instance of Canvas)
  • Ask UO Canvas Support — request help with Canvas.

Canvas LTI Integrations

To request an LTI integration:

  1. Submit the request from the Canvas Support Services page.
  2. In the service request form, select New Tool Request under What do you need help with?
  3. After your submission is received, a representative of UO Online will reach out to you to better understand your needs, and will act as a liaison with the LMS Admin team and the Learning Technologies Service Advisory Board as they review your request.

UO Online and Canvas Support can answer Canvas questions and provide training for faculty and staff. Instructors can call 541-346-1942 for an appointment or get an answer to a question, or to schedule a Zoom session.

  • We offer Canvas workshops for instructors throughout the year. See our current workshop offerings, or contact us to schedule a workshop for instructors in your department, customized to your specific needs.
  • Instructors can also report problems or get responses to specific questions by going to Canvas Support Services. These requests are monitored regularly during normal business hours, and you can expect a response usually within one business day.
