Overview

The User Support Services (USS) - Administrative Department Support team (USS-Admin), under Information Services, will handle support service requests from the university's administrative units.

How to Request Help

The USS-Admin team does not currently provide walk up support via a service desk location. 

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Tip #1: On the service portal home page, click the green View My Tickets button to view your open tickets.
  • Tip #2: You can save the services you use frequently by clicking Add to Favorites.
  • Tip #3: Bookmark this page for future reference.
