Use this service if you are a current faculty member, staff member, or student at the University of Oregon, have an Information Technology-related question, or need technical support.

Report campus IT outages by calling the Technology Service Desk at 541-346-HELP (4357) or going to the Report a Service Outage page.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) to open a ticket for IT support. Complete the ticket form to help IT staff know how they can help you.
