- Setting up a new printer or copier
- Problems with university owned printers
- Problems printing from your university-owned computer
- Copier code requests
- Supplies or service for an existing printer/copier
- Move existing printer/copier
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- Building where the device is located
If you are setting up or changing a wired network/Ethernet connection for a printer, collect the following information for the selected option:
Move an existing printer/copier to your buildings "UO Restricted" Network |
- Machine ID (if part of UO fleet or copiers/printers)
- Ethernet/MAC address of the device
- Desired host name
- Room number
- When you need the work completed

Availability and Access
Faculty, staff or students using university-owned printers or having issues with printing from university-owned computers.
Office or departmental printing facilities vary from location to location. Office printing may include:
- A university-owned printer attached directly to your university-owned computer via a physical cable,
- A department shared printer that you access via a network connection, or
- A CTX managed fleet device such as a copier or printer.
