The User Support Services (USS) - Administrative Department Support team (USS-Admin), under Information Services, will handle support service requests from the university's administrative units.  

We have provided links to common services and information on how to request help from us below.

How to Request Help

The USS-Admin team does not currently provide walk up support via a service desk location. 

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
