How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • UO Affiliation (Employee, Banner Security Officer, Banner Functional Lead)
  • What you need help with
  • Application you are using (Banner 9, AppWorx, DuckWeb)
  • Detailed description of the request

Availability and Access

This service is available to faculty and staff with a demonstrated business need.

Users must complete the Banner Access Form (visit the Business Application Accounts service page), Introduction to Banner Online Training Class, and subject-specific training as needed.

The following times are reserved for maintenance: Tuesdays 5am-7am, Fridays 7pm-9pm, and one weekend per month. The service will be unavailable during maintenance.
