How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and select the type of help you need and a description of your request.
Availability and Access
This service is available to faculty and staff with a demonstrated business need.
Access is restricted to the UO campus network, or off-campus via the UO VPN.
IDR is unavailable daily 1am-7am and Fridays 7pm-9pm, and is sometimes unavailable during Banner maintenance weekends.
