Note: This page is intended to provide general information for setting up email apps on client devices only, not connecting to other email systems (e.g., Gmail). The Outlook app is the recommended email client to use with UO email systems.

Settings and values
This list of settings is for advanced users who know how to configure email software and simply need university-specific server information.
- IMAP (incoming mail, recommended): outlook.office365.com
- POP (incoming mail): outlook.office365.com
- SMTP (outgoing mail): smtp.office365.com
