If you are experiencing excessive loading issues with Mac Mail, it is recommended to check your email using an alternative method — such as through a web browser or the Outlook desktop app.

Modern Authentication is only supported on macOS 10.14 or later. If you are on a lower version of macOS, Mac Mail may not be available to use with your account. Please consider using Outlook for Mac for an alternative desktop application.
