Submit requests to the Information Services Technology Access and Support staff.

Assistance with Duck ID issues.

Help for claiming DuckIDs

Recovering your personal Duck ID password or receiving a temporary Duo passcode.

Assistance with Role/Department accounts

Request consultation related to applications that are being considered for purchase that may require UO single sign-on (SSO).

Faculty and staff can use this service to request a Sponsored Duck ID.
