DuckDocs (OnBase) Support Request

Use this service to request support for DuckDocs (OnBase) including but not limited to:

  • Electronic forms
  • Document capture (via scanning and other methods)
  • Automated workflows to move those forms and other documents through processes (e.g., for approvals)
  • Document retention

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information as requested.

  • Short title describing the request
  • What client application (Web, Unity, Studio, other)
  • Operating System
  • Web browser

Availability and Access

You can expect that the access request will be completed within 3 business days.

Users must complete the Business Application Account Access form and possibly a second access form for their area.

Once you have been granted access to DuckDocs, to log in, visit the DuckDocs home page (https://duckdocs.uoregon.edu). A link to download the Unity client can also be found on that page.
