Verifying Installation / Troubleshooting

  1. If the virtual print driver and Unity Client are installed but virtual printing is not working, you may want to verify that the prerequisite software needed to run the VPD is installed. (For example, the user attempts to print something using the virtual print driver but the Import window doesn't appear).
  2. Verify that the VPD prereqs are installed on the user's workstation. Those prereqs can be found here: https://software.uoregon.edu/software-center/36/1/view
