Feature Overview of DuckDocs (OnBase) Clients

Overview

This article is intended to provide users with an overview of which features can be found in different DuckDocs (OnBase) clients.

OnBase functionality is spread across multiple applications called clients. Each of these clients provides different ways of interacting with OnBase data. Depending on your role, you may even use more than one client. Users who import and retrieve documents will generally use the Unity or web-based clients.

As a quick reference, if you plan to import or retrieve documents, the Web Client and Unity Client are generally the best options for these tasks.
