Introduction
DuckDocs OnBase follows a split administration model. Staff in Information Services grant employees access to log in, and afterward, departmental administrators grant access to documents, workflows, and other content within the service.
This means that employees must submit multiple requests to obtain OnBase access.
Step 1: Request DuckDocs OnBase access
Submit the Business Application Access Request Form to request a new DuckDocs account. Approval is required.
Be sure to list your Dean or Department Head in the Who needs to approve this request? to avoid processing delays.
Step 2: Activate your OnBase account
Brand new users to OnBase need to log in for the first time to have their OnBase account activated.
You can visit DuckDocs and click the Launch OnBase Web Client button to log in.
If your workstation already has the OnBase Unity client installed, you can log in to Unity activate your account.
Step 3: Request data access
