This service provides support for Microsoft Teams calling, Cisco telepones, voicemail, and local and long distance calling for employees and, upon request, for UO students living in university residence halls. You can request access or assistance for the following (plus others):

Additional Support
- If you need to request wiring for a new phone service to be installed and provisioned where there is none available or if you need data jacks activated see the Wired Networking service.
How to Create a Ticket
Click on Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.
If you are a Department Phone Coordinator |
- For larger requests, involving more than 8 action items, a Telecom representative will send you a spreadsheet to complete
- Select what you need help with
- Index (when applicable)
- Contact phone number
NOTE: When requesting a new Teams calling phone number please ensure that the user has claimed their account (duck id). Phone number assignment cannot be completed until the account is claimed and active.

If you are faculty or staff member NOT using Exchange/UOmail but would like to visit the Email and Calendar Help service.
Maintenance for voicemail services typically occurs Mondays at 3:30-7am and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 5am-7am. See Network maintenance windows at https://status.uoregon.edu/maintenance.
