Overview
You can forward calls from any line on your phone to another number. Call forward is phone-line specific. If a call reaches you on a line where call forwarding is not enabled, the call rings as usual.
- When the line is forwarded, you see the Forward all icon with the line.
- When a phone is forwarded, you see the Forward all icon on the screen.
Process
Forward all calls to another number
- On your IP Phone, navigate to the line where you want to enable call forwarding and then press the Forward all softkey.
- Enter the number where you want to forward all incoming calls to and then press the Call softkey.
- Check the screen for the indication that all calls will be forwarded to the number you have set. The screen should display the phone number with a forwarding sign on it.
To Cancel, press the Forward off softkey.
Forward all calls to voicemail
- On your IP Phone, navigate to the line where you want to enable call forwarding and then press the Forward all softkey
- Press the Voicemail button.
To Cancel, press the Forward off softkey.
When a call comes in and it has been completely forwarded, the screen on your IP Phone should go back to its standby mode with the forwarded call instance indicator beside the line called.
