How to Create a Ticket
To request support, click Create a Ticket (top-right of the page) and provide the following information:
- Title of the request
- Whether you are Faculty, IT Staff, or a Student
- For help with an existing website, the type of web hosting solution you are using
- UO Drupal (IT Staff only)
- UO Blogs
- Pages.uoregon.edu
- Other/I don't know
