How to Create a Ticket

To request support, click Create a Ticket (top-right of the page) and provide the following information:

  1. Title of the request
  2. Whether you are Faculty, IT Staff, or a Student
  3. For help with an existing website, the type of web hosting solution you are using
    1. UO Drupal (IT Staff only)
    2. UO Blogs
    3. Pages.uoregon.edu
    4. Other/I don't know

All UO web services fall under the Terms of Service for Academic Web Publishing and Collaboration Services.
