How to Create a Ticket

To request support, click Create a Ticket (top-right of the page) and provide the following information:

  1. Title of the request
  2. Whether you are Faculty, IT Staff, or a Student
  3. For help with an existing website, the type of web hosting solution you are using
    1. UO Drupal (IT Staff only)
    2. UO Blogs
    3. Pages.uoregon.edu
    4. Other/I don't know

All UO web services fall under the Terms of Service for Academic Web Publishing and Collaboration Services.

For UO Drupal Hosting, using this service requires technical knowledge of Drupal. For further information, see the Drupal Hosting Terms of Service.
