How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide a description of your request.
Availability and Access
Faculty, staff or students using university-owned computers and having issues with connecting from university-owned computers.
Accessing file sharing services vary by department and unit. Off-campus access may require the use of the UO VPN.
