Overview
This article is designed to act as a guide for the installation of the latest version of the DuckDocs (OnBase) Unity Client. The client is only available for use on Windows. Depending on your level of access, you may need to reach out to IT support to assist you with this installation.
Installation
- Navigate to the UO Software Center in your favorite browser. (You may need to log in with your Duck ID by clicking Duck ID Login on the left).
- Scroll down and click OnBase Unity Client.
- Download the client installer by clicking OnBase Unity Client – Installer.
- Extract all files to your local computer (right-click on the downloaded file—LTReleaseUnityClient.zip—and choose Extract All…).

- Double-click setup.exe to begin the installation. If you have a previous version of the client installed, you will be prompted with the following. Click Yes to continue with the installation.
- After a few moments, a welcome screen should appear. Click Next.
- Note: You may be prompted to install prerequisites. To proceed click Install.
- On the Destination Folder screen, accept the default Installation Directory and click Next.
- On the Custom Setup screen, you may choose to install the Virtual Print Driver Listener (recommended).
- You may do so by clicking on the drop-down on the left and choosing Will be installed on local hard drive.
