Email Forwarding

Question

How can I forward e-mails to another account?

Solution

Faculty and Staff should review the E-mail: Use for Official University Communication policy prior to forwarding their Uoregon email.

If you will be graduating, please see the Lifetime email forward for graduating students FAQ

Webmail

To view or change your email forwarding:

  1. Go to duckid.uoregon.edu.
  2. Click on the Manage your Duck ID link
  3. Log in with your Duck ID
  4. Select the Manage E-mail Forward option.
  5. Enter the email address(es) to which you want to have your email forwarded. Separate multiple addresses by commas. To leave a copy of email messages in your Webmail inbox, add your @uoregon address to the forward list.

Once your email forward is configured, any new messages sent to your @uoregon account will be automatically forwarded to the email address you've selected. It may take up to 10 minutes for forwarding to become active.

For video instructions, see How to Manage Email Forwarding.
