Aerial Photography Research Request

To make appointment for on-premises access to Aerial Photography Collection or request digitization of images.

Digital Collections Accessbility Accomodation Request

UO faculty, staff, students and the public may request accessible copies of materials in Scholar's Bank, Oregon Digital, Historic Oregon Newspapers, or Aviary

PSC Visualization Lab Support

This is for IT service requests for the visualization lab computers, including adding users, software requests or troubleshooting. This also is for general IT consulting regarding the PSC Visualization lab space.

SCUA Reproduction Request

All users may request digital reproductions of items in UO Libraries' Special Collection and University Archives (SCUA) by completing this request form.

UO Libraries Technology Offboarding/Status Change

UO Libraries Supervisors use this service to this service to request technology off-boarding or status change of UO Library employees.

UO Libraries Technology Onboarding

This service will be used by UO Library hiring Supervisors to initiate the tech onboarding process for new library employees. These requests are then implemented by ADI, USSAS, and other service managers in the Libraries. This service can also be used to submit changes to access.
