Using the UO Data Storage Finder

Overview

The UO Data Storage Finder, housed on the Information Services website, is designed to help you find and evaluate storage options. All services presented on this finder tool are vetted and supported by the University of Oregon.

How to use this tool

  1. Navigate to the UO Data Storage Finder.
  2. Answer the questions on the left to describe your data and storage needs.
    1. On the left side of the page, answer the questions and scroll down using your mouse wheel or a trackpad swipe.
    2. As you answer the questions, services that do not match will fade.
  3. Or, select services on the right to compare.
  4. Select the Compare Results button or scroll down to see the comparison table.
  5. Review the side-by-side comparison at the bottom of the page.
