Issue
User unable to sign in to UO-managed Mac. Login was working previously, but user was also unable to log in to UO Secure or email.

Description
Hi,
There was some kind of problem when my laptop was set up for me this past fall, and I am unable to access my UO email on the machine. I have been using a different one, and now I can't access uo secure either (probably because I haven't been using the machine, given the email problem).
Resolution
- USS staff can help reset the local login password on the Mac via the management admin account.
- USS staff verified the user's Duck ID password by having the user log in to the Duck ID Account Management Portal.
- Once confirmed, selecting UO Secure in the list of Wi-Fi options and logging in with those credentials solved the Wi-Fi issue.
- USS staff removed the existing account from the Outlook app and helped the user re-add the account to eliminate the possibility of a stale password.
