Logs from the PaperCut Admin Portal

Overview

Learn how to search the different types of logs in the IS-Duckprints Admin Portal.

Note: Before you start, you must be on a UO Network or UO VPN

The IS-Duckprints Admin Portal has a searchable logging service for actions that occur with PaperCut. These logs will only show interactions that happen between members of the UO community, UO PaperCut managed printers, and the PaperCut service. If you need logs to see why a certain behavior is occurring locally on a printer, please search the logs on the Web Admin Interface for the printer.  

Log types in PaperCut

There are three types of logs that you can search in the Duckprints Web Admin Console:
