List of UO services protected by Duo

Introduction

This article contains a list of UO services that are protected by two-step login (Duo).

Services

• Websites and applications that use Shibboleth single sign-on
  • Including, but not limited to: Canvas, Zoom, Concur, Qualtrics, MyTrack, UO Forms, and DuckDocs (OnBase)
• Websites and applications using the Microsoft login screen
  • Including, but not limited to: UOmail, UO VPN, and Smartsheet
• Microsoft Office 365
  • Including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Duck ID Account Management Portal
  • This service doesn't feature the familiar Duo prompt many other services use, but you can still use your Duo devices as well as additional methods to verify your identity when logging in

Note: Additional administrative IT services are also protected by Duo. A vast majority of campus does not interact with these services, so they have been omitted from this article.

Additional Notes

• DuckWeb: An upgrade brought new functionality, and that new functionality will require logging in with Duck ID and Duo
