How to Create a Ticket
To request support or report an issue click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.
- Type of Assistance (consultation, support, other)
- Building name
- Room Number
- Detailed description of the request

This service is available to all current UO faculty, staff, and students.
NOTE: This is only meant for registrar-controlled and joint controlled classrooms. If you have a technology issue in a department-controlled classroom, please contact your regional unit.
