How do I enable Shell access?

Solution

To enable Shell access for your account, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Duck ID Self-Service Portal.
2. Click on the Manage Your Duck ID link.
3. Login using your Duck ID and password.
4. Under My Profile, click on the View and update profile.
5. Scroll down to the Request section.
6. Click on Add Roles.
7. Check the box next to Shell.
8. Click Submit.

You can now use any SSH client to log in to Shell.
