Use this service to request access to Site Licensed software, receive help with installation, and/or suggest a new software program if there is a widespread need for it on campus.

How to Create a Ticket

To request site license software support for click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.

  1. What do you need help with?
  2. The software application you need help with.
  3. Description of your request.
  4. Are you an IT Technician?

Availability and Access

UO current affiliation.

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
