Use this service to request support for Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • OneNote
  • ...and more (depending on the operating system)

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Request Help (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • What do you need help with
  • Type of device you are using
  • Detailed description of your request

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.

These Office 365 applications are available for Macs, Windows PCs, and mobile devices (iOS, Android, and Windows), as well as online via web browsers for University students and employees. Create, access, and, edit your files from Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and virtually any modern web browser.
