How do I find out how much storage is being used on my SharePoint site?

Solution

  1. Open your SharePoint site
  2. You can select the Site contents link in one of the following ways:
    1. The Site contents link on the navigation menu, or,
      Site Contents link
    2. The SharePoint Settings menu icon (indicated by a gear icon) near your profile avatar.

  3. Select the Site settings button.

  4. Scroll to the Site Collection Administration section and select Storage Metrics.

  5. You will see both your site's storage quota and the storage used by each folder.
