Issue
User is unable to log in to a file share with known correct credentials and using the correct file path.

Hi,
I have a registered user for the lab server: smb://files.uoregon.edu/<redacted> but I hadn't log into this service in a few months. I'm trying to access it from my machine today using my Duck ID and the password for this account but it isn't logging in. Can you please help me log into the server? Do I need to change my Duck ID password and retry?

Resolution
User needed to add ad\ before their Duck ID username in order to connect to the file server.
This is not always necessary, but sometimes after a password change or an extended period of time without a login, users need to be explicit about the kind of account that they are connecting with including ad\ before the Duck ID username.
